Kia Ora. I am Stacey Bowker, a counsellor with 11+ years experience working with anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, stress, and other life issues.
I’m a full member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).
In my practice Counselling Nelson I work with adults, adolescents and children (9yrs upwards). I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, spiritual beliefs, cultures and backgrounds.
I offer a welcoming and informal therapy environment, and have a holistic view of well-being. You can expect to feel respected, listened to and valued.
We will work together to identify your personal hopes and goals, and to find tools that fit your unique needs, enabling you to make the lasting positive changes that matter to you.

I work gently and respectfully, using a mindfulness-based approach that is both experiential and reflective.
